Up to 25 participants

  • Pre-program assessment:

    • Interview up to 5 participants to gather data on the state of gender relations in the organization.

  • Half-day workshop including case studies from the interviews

 

THE ALLY’S JOURNEY,™ A DEEP DIVE

Up to 50 participants

  • Pre-program assessment - we interview up to 10 participants or 3 focus groups to gather data on the state of gender relations in the organization

  • Full-day workshop including case studies from the interviews, role-playing, commitments to action.

 

THE ALLY’S JOURNEY,™ LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Up to 50 participants from upper management

  • Pre-program assessment - we interview all participants, including a company-wide survey to gather data on the state of gender relations in the organization

  • One and a half-day workshops including case studies from the interviews, role-playing, tools, and commitments for leading change.

 

THE ALLY’S JOURNEY,™ INTERNAL TRAIN THE TRAINER

Participants are selected based on commitment and ability to train others

  • Four half-day sessions, four hours each to learn and deliver the steps of The Ally’s Journey™

  • Individual coaching and critiques 

  • Pre-program assessment - we interview up to 5 participants to gather data on the state of gender relations in the organization

  • Certification as internal trainers

  • Organization license for use of The Ally’s Journey™
